Terms & Conditions
I offer a complimentary consultation to all clients seeking to schedule one of my treatments.
Scheduling an appointment or consultation is easy. You can find my working hours, contact information, and any booking restrictions on the website. Feel free to reach out at your convenience, either using the booking form, or contacting directly and I’ll be happy to assist you in scheduling your appointment.
Upon confirming an appointment, a £30 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable but will be subtracted from the total cost of your treatment.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give 48hours notice . If you cancel or do not show up with less than 48hours until your appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited, then to reschedule, a new deposit is required.
If you cancel a top-up appointment, you must reschedule it within 8 weeks of your initial appointment. Late top-up appointments (scheduled after 8 weeks) incur an additional charge of £30, as discussed during your consultation.
All new clients booking an eyebrow treatment must undergo a patch test. Returning clients must undergo a patch test every six months. Failing to attend a patch test appointment will result in the cancellation of your upcoming appointment. A patch test is a brief, 5-second procedure designed to safeguard you from potential allergic reactions.
If you are unable to attend an in-person consultation, I offer the option to mail you a patch testing kit. In such cases, a video consultation is required.
Please be aware that individual results may vary for beauty treatments due to factors like skin type and lifestyle. While I tailor treatments to your unique needs and provide realistic expectations during consultations, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. I prioritize your safety and satisfaction and encourage open communication to address any questions or concerns.
Prior to specific treatments, clients will be asked to sign a consent form acknowledging any associated risks and their informed decision to proceed. Your safety and understanding are the top priority, and I’m here to clarify any concerns you may have regarding these procedures.
